The Fetal ventriculomegaly is relevant since it has a high prevalence and association with other anomalies in the Central Nervous System. The perinatal approach is closely linked to the development of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and involves an early assessment of the anatomy of fetal CNS, using as a support tool ultrasonography, one must have a clear understanding of the fetal brain anatomy, diagnostic criteria and standardized protocols current clinical management. Consider using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Fetal as a complementary technique, and provide parents Medical Council supported by multidisciplinary teams.
